TCS and CTS are both really good companies.
Training : TCS provides best training compared to any other company.
job security: both are same

bond : CTS wont believe in service agreements,it trust employees! employee can leave when ever he wants.....
TCS 2 years bond if violated we have to pay 50K
work pressure : In CTS work pressure will be more.
career growth: In CTS employee will have more growth compared to TCS and employee recognition will be more in CTS
Onsite opportunities: TCS and CTS have very good onsite opportunities but TCS ppl hav to wait long time to get dat opportunity
HR policies : employee friendly in case CTS
Finally my opinion ppl who are hardworking and workalchohalics can choose CTS because growth will be more and those who need standard job with full job security can join TCS, both are really good companies to a fresher to start his career.
And the ppl who got both the offers better to join CTS becoz TCS joining dates may be between jan to mar 2011 and CTS giving joining with in a month
just join CTS if u ppl dont like its environment just leave becoz their is no bond right and switch to TCS
