VISION & MISSION:

"OMCARD" is an exciting information resources to greatly benefit schools by streamlining administration. Teachers can be released from the important yet trivial administrative tasks to concentrate more on teaching and learning. Also through the innovative method of actual signature e-mail and sms, school, college information can be transmitted between the parents and schools securely and reliably through the internet.

ATTENDANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM: Attendance surveillance are traditionally important yet trivial administrative tasks of the teachers' daily duties. Instead of performing these duties in person the "OMCARD" system will automate and streamline the information so that teachers can be released from the pressure of the workload and concentrate more on learning and teaching.

CHARACTERISTICS OF OM CARD: Only the student ID number is present on the card surface. Cards can be customised with school name & logo.

REAL TIME SURVEILLANCE OF ATTENDANCE ONLINE ESPECIALLY ON ARRIVAL AND LEAVING TIME: Teachers as well as parents can check on the attendance(both status and records) of each student at anytime and anywhere so timely corrective action can be taken.

ARRIVING: Each student wears a tag with unique ID .When he enters the gate, reader nearby detect tag ID immediately and upload information to system to inform his/her parents

LEAVING:When student leave school and college, the reader nearby detects tag ID immediately and upload information to system to inform the parents.

MULTIFACETD SUMMARY REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANALYSIS:

* Daily report enables timely follow up while monthly report helps overall analysis

* The System automatically generates reports on abnormal multi-days absence to enable timely follow-up on the students.

* Data are displayed for easy viewing, charts and graphs for easy understanding.

* Reports can be exported as CSV files.

ATTENDANCE SURVEILLANCE FOR TEACHING STAFF:
Besides recording arrival as well as departure times it can provide an overview of the attendance status of all teaching staff to facilitate timely adjustment of allocation.
